Butler NJ Woman Accused of Causing DWI Crashes in Bloomingdale

Bloomingdale NJ DUI LawyersA Butler New Jersey woman faces charges for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) in Bloomingdale, NJ. She was busted after allegedly caused two drunk driving accidents.

On March 21, the Bloomingdale Police Department received a report of a hit-and-run crash on Main Street. When police officers arrived at the scene, they investigated.

While Bloomingdale cops investigated the first accident and talked to witnesses, they got news of a second accident further ahead on Main Street.

Police went to the site of the second car crash and followed the suspect as she reportedly drove away. Police officers eventually pulled over the suspect in Butler NJ and noticed that she had signs of intoxication. Additionally, cops also allegedly found a number of empty liquor bottles inside the suspect s car.

The suspect was initially transported to St. Joseph s Hospital in Wayne NJ so that she could be treated for minor injuries sustained in the crashes.

The suspect is a 57-year-old woman from Butler, NJ. She has been charged with numerous traffic violations, including DWI, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to report an accident, eluding police, and driving with an open container of alcohol.
