Hardyston NJ Men Accused of Running Drug Production Operation, Selling Marijuana, Pot Candy

Hardyston NJ Marijuana AttorneysHardyston NJ police recently arrested two men accused of running a drug production operation.

According to officials, the arrests came at the end of an investigation that lasted five months. Several law enforcement agencies assisted with the investigation, including the Hardyston Police Department, the Ringwood Police Department, the Wanaque Police Department, the Sussex County Prosecutor s Office, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), and NJ State Police.

During the drug raid, Hardyston police reportedly seized eight pounds of raw marijuana, as well as several marijuana-based candy and other products. Among the seized items were 10 pounds of cubed marijuana candy, 169 containers of marijuana vape oil, a marijuana butter tray, several pot brownies, 50 bongs, and numerous plastic bags and scales. Police also allegedly seized around $15,000 in cash.

The suspects, a 30-year-old Hardyston male and a 31-year-old Hardyston male, have been charged with multiple drug crimes, including operating a drug production facility, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute hashish, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

One of the suspects was also charged with cocaine possession because detectives allegedly found him carrying cocaine.
