Reportedly on NJ.com, Paterson police from the Cease Fire Unit are investigating the shooting of a 20-year-old man who was shot in the third floor of a Ward 5 apartment Thursday night.
According to Lt. Patrick Murray, the 10 p.m. shooting at the apartment on East 19th Street that left the victim with a wound to the forearm might be connected to another male walking into St. Joseph’s Hospital with a gunshot wound to the arm.
Police believe the first victim was inside the East 19th Street apartment when a male entered the home and shot him, Murray said.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Francisco Brito or Detective Christopher Ravallese of The Ceasefire Unit at 973-321-1342.
