A Middlesex County Sheriff’s Officer is being accused of having sex with a 17 year-old girl in Lehigh Valley and trying to have sex with a 14 year-old girl, who according to Pennsylvania Authorities, was actually an undercover cop. On Friday, Joshua Padilla, 33, of Eatontown was arrested by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office and Pennsylvania Police.
Authorities say that they were tipped off last month about Padilla’s relationship with the teenager, who he met online. Padilla allegedly recorded two sexual acts which took place in the spring and uploaded them to them to a website called adultfriendfinder.com where the video was viewed and shared with others. According to Authorities, during their investigation, Padilla was caught texting a 14 year-old girl sexually explicit messages including photos of his genitals, and asking for photos of her. Padilla was charged with Sexual Assault, Unlawful Contact with a minor and sexual abuse of children, Manufacturing, Disseminating and Possessing Child Pornography.
