A grand jury in Passaic County Superior Court had indicted three (3) men on murder charges in the fatal shooting of a high school student in Paterson, New Jersey.
The defendants in the case are 18-year-old Wayne resident Casey Cole, 24-year-old Paterson resident Bishma Cowan, and 27-year-old Paterson resident Quashon Faircloth. They are accused of killing 18-year-old Isaac Rinas just a few hours after Mr. Rinas’ high school graduation.
According to prosecutors, Mr. Rinas was shot during an arranged gun sale in Paterson, NJ.
The suspects face charges of felony murder, conspiracy, robbery, and illegal weapons offenses.
The three defendants will return to Passaic County Superior Court on December 2 for an arraignment.
