Married Couple from Poconos Arrested in Paterson for Possession of Heroin

According to authorities, two people were arrested in Paterson on Friday and charged with various drug offenses. Police say that a married couple allegedly drove from the Poconos in Pennsylvania to Paterson to purchase heroin. Sheriff’s Officers Eric Blesing and Jonathan Kasica pulled over a Jeep Grand Cherokee on Rosa Parks Boulevard around 8pm. The driver, James Fall 37, and the passenger, 38 year-old Heather Fall (both of East Stroudsburg, PA) were ordered out of the car after the Officers allegedly had reasonable suspicion that they were armed with weapons. During the pat-down, Heather allegedly confessed that the duo had just purchased 150 glassine folds of heroin and that they also had hypodermic syringes in their possession.
