According to authorities, a special education teacher for Lodi school district has been arrested for Simple Assault. Forty-three year-old Melissa Grant-Terhune was arrested by Fort Lee police and she is accused of scratching a male victim’s face (which is described as a domestic violence incident). Grant-Terhune is the third Lodi teacher who was arrested in the past six months. The teacher’s current salary is $78,576. Grant-Terhune has a previous run in with the law, as she was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) in 2016.
