According to an article on NJ.com, Paterson police are asking the public to come forward with any information that could lead to the arrest of a man who robbed the Food Basics late Saturday night.
According to Capt. Herbieto Rodriguez, a white male in dark clothing entered the Food Basics on Getty Ave. at about 9 p.m. He showed a handgun to a cashier and demanded money, Rodriguez said.
He was wearing a black hooded sweater and black jacket, with a beard and tattoo on his right hand, Rodriguez said. Anyone with information is asked to call Detective Sergent Dean Barone at 973-321-1120.
