A sketch has been released in the investigation of a Luring incident that is alleged to have transpired on February 23rd at approximately 4:30pm near the area of Springfield Avenue and 38th Street in Irvington.
The man depicted to the left in an artist’s sketch, believed to be an older man, reportedly tried to lure the victim, a 10-year old girl, by approaching her and saying, “Come here, sexy.” The girl ran off. She later told her mother, who reported the incident to the local authorities.
